About Commissions

If you are interested in commissioning me for illustration work or a special project/collaboration/etc., please contact me at bethywilliams@gmail.com.

If you are interested in a personal commission, I can offer you a special custom piece in one of the following sizes:

2.5" by 3.5" (ACEO size)=$13 USD
5" by 7"=$52 USD
6" by 8"=$72 USD

Your custom artwork will be lovingly crafted in Micron pen and watercolor on hot-press watercolor paper. It will arrive unmatted and unframed.

Personal commissions require a 50% deposit before I start any work. I start every piece by drawing it in pencil first; during this stage I can send a scan of the pencilwork for your approval. Once we are both satisfied with the pencilwork I will finish the piece using Micron pen and watercolor. Please note that due to the nature of pen and watercolor, once I start this part of the process I can't really make any changes; it can't be painted over like acrylic or oil paint. When the piece is complete, I will send you a scan of the final work for final approval. Then you send me the other 50% of the payment and I send your work to you.

Custom work can take a while to complete, usually a couple of weeks depending on my workload and the demands of the individual piece. If there is a deadline involved, please let me know in advance. Rest assured that I put my heart and soul into every piece of art I make and I work hard to create something you will treasure.
